Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our website. This role focuses on manual testing, user journey validation, and release readiness. You will work closely with the development and growth teams to support high-quality deployments and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Testing
Test website pages across desktop and mobile
Validate search, filters, listings, forms, and navigation
Review and validate new features before release
Perform regression testing after updates
User Journey Validation
Verify complete user flows, including:
Search → Listing → Inquiry → Lead submission
WhatsApp and call actions
Contact forms
Campaign and off-plan pages
Bug Reporting
Document issues with clear and structured reporting
Provide step-by-step reproduction instructions
Attach screenshots or recordings
Assign severity and priority
Follow up on fixes until resolution
Tracking and Conversion Validation
Validate analytics and tracking events
Confirm form submissions and lead capture
Test conversion flows across browsers and devices
Quality Monitoring
Ensure responsiveness and UI consistency
Identify UX friction and usability issues
Monitor perceived loading speed
Report broken links and platform errors
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and structured thinking
Ability to replicate and isolate issues
Clear written communication
Understanding of user behavior
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience testing websites or web applications
Familiarity with bug tracking tools
Basic understanding of frontend behavior
Experience validating analytics and tracking

Number of validated bugs detected before release
Accuracy and clarity of reporting

4 hours per day
