🧠 Key Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and analyzing system requirements and technical specifications
Designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and test plans
Performing both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications
Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business teams
Conducting different testing types such as smoke, regression, and functional testing
Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Supporting UAT activities and ensuring high-quality releases
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
2–4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC
Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Ability to write clear and detailed test cases and bug reports
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
💡 Bonus: Experience with Selenium is a strong plus.
